HOW TO RAISE VOUCHERS
- STEP 1: Open the AstraPay app and click on "Voucher Tab." The "Voucher" page will appear on your screen.
- STEP 2: Fill in the details correctly.
- STEP 3: Select the Voucher's expiring date, and confirm all inputs.
- STEP 4: Click on "RAISE VOUCHER", and wait a little while the system processes your voucher.
- STEP 5: Save or Share the generated "VOUCHER" and you are good to go.
HOW TO REDEEM VOUCHERS
- STEP 1: Open your AstraPay App, click on "voucher", and select "Claim Voucher".
- STEP 2: Scan the QR code on the Voucher or Upload Voucher from gallery.
- STEP 3: Confirm the Voucher Amount and Proceed.
- STEP 4: The sum of the Voucher will be redeemed to your Astra wallet immediately.
HOW TO MAKE DEPOSIT
- STEP 1: Open your AstraPay App, on the menu bar, click "Transaction" and select "Make Deposit".
- STEP 2: Fill in the destination account details, i.e. account number and bank type.
- STEP 3: Wait while the App loads the other details automatically. Input the total amount you want to deposit and click the "Deposit" button.
- STEP 4: You'll receive a confirmation message showing transaction details. Save your transaction receipt.

HOW TO MAKE WITHDRAWAL
- STEP 1: Open your AstraPay App, on the menu bar, click on the "Transaction" icon, select "make withdrawals".
- STEP 2: Input your ATM details, i.e. card number, CVV, and card expiring date.
- STEP 3: Input the amount to be withdrawn, input your card pin for confirmation.
- STEP 4: You'll receive an OTP on your phone which you'll use to make your cash withdrawal at any of our agent shops.
MAKE DAILY CONTRIBUTIONS
- STEP 1: Open your AstraPay App, on the menu bar, click on the "Contribution" icon and select "daily contribution".
- STEP 2: Create your daily contribution group and add group details.
- STEP 3: Invite friends to join your contribution group and set the start date.
- STEP 4: You'll receive a notification with a congratulation message for creating a daily contribution group.
HOW TO DO BANK TRANSFERS
- STEP 1: Open your AstraPay App, on the Transaction page, click on the "Transfer" to initiate te process.
- STEP 2: Note: there are three (3) types of transfer you can do with AstraPay - "transfer to wallet", "transfer to bank", and "transfer to Astra Polaris".
- STEP 3: Select your choice of transfer and input the recipient's Astra Account ID.
- STEP 4: You'll receive an OTP notification on your Astra registered phone, input the OTP Code in the OTP page and click "confirm".
- STEP 5: On Successful transaction, you'll receive a notification showing the transaction details.
TAKE SOFT LOANS
- STEP 1: Open the AstraPay app, and click on "Loan". The "soft loan" page will appear on your screen. Click "Take soft loan".
- STEP 2: input your Bank details, i.e. Account number, bank type, and BVN.
- STEP 3: Wait, while AstraPay cross-check your eligibility for soft loan online. Thus, the amount you are eligible for will be displayed on screen.
- STEP 4: Type the amount you want to withdraw and click on "Get Loan". The amount will instantly reflect in your wallet as an online instant loan, i.e. soft loan.
BECOME AN AGENT
- STEP 1: Download our agent app from the playStore.
- STEP 2: Click on the "Register" button.
- STEP 3: Fill in your details where appropriate and click "Register".
- STEP 4: Our support centre will contact you for briefing and other procedures.
- STEP 5: Once you've completed the offline procedures, you can start your business.
